Ginormous Telecom Outage in the Vallespir

10 hours with no landlines (voice or data); all mobile services down and still down.

Anyone know what’s causing it?

Yes, apparently there’s been a major ‘panne’ in the line near Le Perthus and Orange are working to fix it along with other telecom agencies. Affecting much of Vallespir. Here's the Indep article about it.
