Hi to everyone,
We are Anne & Simon from the N E of England, we have enjoyed holidays in Argeles and the surrounding area for the past four consecutive years.........So I think we have found a holiday destination that we like!
At some point in the future we intend to buy a holiday property and extend the time we stay in the area.
We really found the P-O Life magazine and web site a huge help and now we have found the forum it gets even better.
We hope to meet some of the "Brits abroad" in the future when we next stay in Argeles.
Thanks & Regards
Anne & Simon

Welcome Anne and Simon, to P O Life, Argeles and the P O. My husband and I have lived permanently in Argeles for almost 10 years and like you holidayed here and totally fell in love with the area, people, food and, of course, wine. We initially bought a mobile home for holidays and then our now permanent home. Enjoy your time here.

Making French calendars in Wales
Good morning everyone. Well the rain has finally stopped here n its a bright sunny day but with a northerly wind its very cold. I'm busy making French calendars from our travels earlier this year , better get a move on if I'm to get them printed before Christmas. We will be over about Eastertime to brighten up the little mobile home we have bought so hope to get a chance to meet some of you then. I am starting to look for bits n pieces to bring across this is a new adventure for us. I think Joes secretly hiding some Irish music cds in the car already! This website looks like a great resource for info n contacts so well done Kate! Ps I'm on twitter n LinkedIn @expatcounsellor and @susidelacey if folks want to find out more about who the new neighbours will be ! Please feel free to join me n say hello! Au revoir, Susi
