Have you been out on the town this summer in the P-O or Occitanie in general? Do you know a restaurant or café that deserves a mention in the next P-O Life Mag? Or over the border in Spain?

It might be for good food, or good value for money, fun for kids, great for vegetarians, great views, friendly service….or just need a bit of a leg-up to get known or stay open? Write some notes, a few lines or a whole review.

Send us your reviews at info@anglophone-direct.com. We love publishing your reviews as there’s no better way to judge whether a restaurant is worth a visit than hearing it from la bouche du cheval!! (Please note: this is NOT a real French expression!)

They can be short and sweet or long and rambling – but most importantly, they need to be honest and objective – so no restaurant owners please cos you might be a little bias!!

  1. L’Hostal in Castelnou (10 minutes from Thuir) has menus in the 25-35€ range (plus à la carte). Catalan cuisine a speciality. The restaurant’s BIG plus point is its large terrace with panoramic views to die for!
(Inside, if the weather demands, there is also a nice, rustic ambiance).
