They became Els Cantaires d’Argelers in 1989\, they perpetuate the Catalan tradition of choral singing and still sing Goigs dels Ous at Easter. \nCoral Serpencanta de Manlleu\nSince its creation in 1999\, nearly two hundred singers have passed through the Serpencanta Choir. The current formation has 35 members and travels through the Catalan popular music repertoire\, with small incursions into classical and many other musical traditions. \nThe André Dunyach Choir\nFounded and directed by Father André Dunyach\, whose name it has retained\, the Chorale André Dunyach originally accompanied religious services in the church of Argelès-sur-Mer. Under the direction of Jean-Pierre Olive\, the choir has\, for several years\, opened up to the world and to very different musical styles. Composed of 50 singers and 6 talented young musicians\, it ventures happily towards works advocating Love\, Tolerance\, Freedom\, Peace… and invites Exchange and Sharing. \nCoral In crescendo\nA vocal group made up of young people from all over Catalonia\, In Crescendo enjoys arranging and performing songs of all kinds. Born in 2014\, the group won the same year the TV3 contest Oh Happy Day! and has since had successes and tours throughout Catalonia and Europe. Its driving forces: innovation\, creativity and passion. Prepare to vibrate! \nArgeles Gospel Singers\nCreated in 2003 within the music school of Argelès\, on the initiative of the choirmaster Alain Martin\, Argelès Gospel Singers brings together 25 singers and amateur singers. With three or four voices\, they delight us with Gospel songs\, from the greatest standards to modern tunes that touch the heart. \nAlgo’Rhythms\nAt the origin of Algo’Ryhtmes: a group of friends eager to share their passion for music and polyphonic singing. Under the direction of Christine Català\, the vocal group from Argelès has been taking us on a journey\, since 2015\, in a very open musical universe\, mixing French and international varieties\, jazzy\, pop or rock rhythms\, on harmonisations with three\, four or five voices. \nShare this:\n Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n \n Click to share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n\n	Related\n
