DESCRIPTION:Fête de l’Huile d’Olive\nFor more than 20 years\, the commune of Sorède and the Chamber of Agriculture have organised the annual Fête de l’huile d’olive\, a much-loved celebration that continues to grow in popularity each year. \nThis friendly springtime event brings together passionate olive oil producers alongside a wonderful selection of local terroir products\, offering visitors the chance to discover regional savoir-faire and meet the people behind the flavours. \n \nJoin us in the gardens of the Mairie on Sunday 12th April from 10am to 6pm for a relaxed and festive day out. \nStroll through the open-air farmers’ market\, amidst  stalls of  olive oils\, tapenades\, olives\, honeys\, jams\, wines\, fruit juices\, almonds\, cheeses\, meats\, saffron and plants. Enjoy the aromas\, sample the specialities\, and find inspiration for your table. \nThroughout the day\, soak up the atmosphere with traditional sardanes\, live music\, prizes to be won\, and plenty of tastings.
