Over 150 tatoo artists from 17 different countries come together at the Palais des Expositions in Perpignan for a vertibale feast of ink art.

The wierd and wonderful come together in a celebration of all things alternative, with jugglers and circus performances, magicians, dancers, car and motorbike collections, kids entertainment, food, drink and of course, tattoos!
