DESCRIPTION:Les Parcours du Coeur\n \n  \nThe Fédération Française de Cardiologie is hosting more heart-healthy fun runs across the region. \nKicking off this Saturday in Argelès\, the event will then head to other towns across the P-O (Saint Estève and Ille sur Têt on 7th April). Check with your local Office de Tourisme to find your closest meet. \nMuch more than a fundraising event (participation costs just 1€)\, this is a valuable educational day too. Specialists will be on hand to advise on improving your heart health and demonstrating potentially life saving actions in case of a heart attack. \n3 walking routes (8km / 5km / 2.5mk) and one cycling circuit of around 2 hours means that everyone can get involved.
