DESCRIPTION:SALON DU CHOCOLAT – 10h – 19h\nGluttony encouraged at the salon du chocolat et de l’artisanat gourmand \nPrepare to fall spectacularly from the dieting wagon with a 2 day chocolate and sweet treats extravaganza in Canet en Roussillon. \nThis event\, back for a 6th year at Les Voiles Rouges in Canet Village\, will bring together over 30 talented\, regional craftsmen and women; each ready to share  with you their devilishly-good produce. \nAs well as the obvious\, and frankly obligatory\, tastings\, their will be a host of other activities and workshops in which the whole family can participate: \n⇒ Chocolate making\n⇒ Spun sugar art\n⇒ Cake baking competition (see below)\n⇒ Wine tasting\n⇒Chocolate Fountain\n⇒ workshops \n \n  \nCake baking competition\nRegister and bake beforehand\, judging on site.\n Theme 2023: Any variation on the pear tart for 6 people. Your creation must be accompanied by your recipe.
