DESCRIPTION:VISIT OF THE NAO SANTA MARIA\nThe replica of Christopher Columbus’ caravel will be docked in Port Vendres from 1st – 19th August 2018. \nThe original vessel set sail on 12th October 1492 with sister ships\, Pinta and Niña\, and played a pivotal role in the discovery of America\, which in turn changed the course of universal history. \nThe historic ship measures 29m long\, 8m wide and has 4 masts. She can host a crew of more than 40 mariners. \nThe ship will be open to visitors everyday from 10am to 9pm.
