Back in 2012, in response to the huge demand from amateurs, enthusiasts and professionals, the Wheelz team created the “salon des deux roues”: a two-wheeled extravaganza for all ages.

Combining exhibitions, demonstrations and initiations, the festival has grown into one of the best displays of extreme sports in the region.

Often involving speed, height, strength and bravery, the Wheelz Festival showcases the crème de la crème of extreme sports men and women equipped with wheels or casters.

The main demos are performed by professionals but there are plenty of opportunities for amateurs and local clubs to get involved.

The festival welcomes over 12,000 visitors who ooh and aah at motorbikes, BMXs, mountain bikes and scooters.

So whether you’re a thrill seeker itching to get involved, or simply want to watch an impressive spectacle, head to the seafront car park, Parking Côte Vermeille, just down from Place Méditerranée.
