Foire de la truffe – Truffle festival
For the seventeenth year running, Lesquerde hosts the Foire de la Truffe, which traditionally takes place on the second Sunday of February.
Apart from the truffles and Lesquerde wine, there will be a local product market, street entertainment, truffle workshops and talks and the chance to join in a communal lunch based on local, typical Catalan dishes.
Les Toques Blanches de Roussillon will also be there to unveil their latest culinary creations, based up the truffle.
