lakes

Post by opas »

I remember a thread a couple of years ago about a lake somewhere near St Genus/ le boulou area. Someone mentioned that you could have a fish pedicure free......
My daughter is over that area tomorrow but has a pause of a couple of hours between clients. I suggested going for a dip......but cannot direct her to the lake concerned. I seem to think Interors66 commented on it and perhaps carol sshsriden.

Can anyone enlighten us

i think the lake in question must be St Jean Pla de Corts. Coordinates for your satnav are Lon:02.12.9 E

Lat 42.30.45.1N.

It is 2min from sortie 43 of the A9 or just off D115 Ceret road.

Been there a few times. Very pleasant. 2 euros to park.

The fishing lake is now taken over by Tele Ski at st Jean Pla de Corts, water skiing attached to a wire going round in circles!

Take the voie rapide in direction of A9. At roundabout where Le Boulou Peage is go left towards St J P de C. Think its at next roundabout its signposted to the left.

I had a pm from a forum member, It was villalongue del monts. But the other places sound good.

Change of planning, the RDV had been re scheduled so perhaps another day.
