post-Brexit situation

A thoughtful piece in today's Guardian. As one who has an Irish passport as well as a British one, I hope I'll be protected if France turns sour in the future, but many do not have the foresight to be born of an Irish parent.

The guy should stick to astrophysics, there was nothing new in the article and certainly didn’t encourage me to succumb to the Guardians begging letter at the end of it.

It was always said that I was the offspring of the Reece’s milkman - he had very red hair, as I did in those days. Which could have made him Irish, particularly on Merseyside. Regrettably, in retrospect, we never got the paperwork formalised.
