Excellent Hertz service

After suffering a long Delay (2 Hours!!) earlier in the year when collecting a Hertz Car at Liverpool Airport, i complained to the CEO of Hertz UK. He arranged a Full Refund of the cost of that Hire and also arranged a 'Free Upgrade' for my next 'hire'. this duly happened last week with my weeks hire from Manchester Airport where i was upgraded to an Audi A4. Thank you Hertz.
I suggest that anyone have problems in the future with Hertz, which are not being resolved satisfactorily, 'Complains to the 'Top Man'.
