Banking help please
Hello all,
I have a problem with BNP Paribas - Argeles branch where my account is based since 2006 and has a carte bleu included within the account.
I cant remember the last time I tried to use it until recently it was refused and it was pointed out to me in the shop that it had expired in 2009.
It transpires that I have been paying for an expired card since 2009.
I have written to the manager ( in English as my French is not good enough to explain) who is refusing to cooperate or refund the money for the carte bleu and is giving extremely short answers/replies that do not address my concerns.
I appreciate the manager is not English speaking but surely it is not that difficult for a bank with BNP Paribas's International resources to deal with my concerns and reply accordingly.
Can anyone please point me in the direction of a BNP Paribas English Language contact / complaint department as I feel I am being stonewalled.
