Internet payment and bank

Post by susie » Tue 14 Oct 2014 10:15

Hi, A quick question, I hope someone can advise on. I paid my taxe fonciere yesterday via internet without problem (I hope). But it looks like I have to inform my bank:

Does anyone know 1) is this the case and 2)will an email suffice?

Thanks
Susie

I don't thnk you have to do anything extra. This is just you formally saying (via the Trésor's website) that you authorise your bank to hand over the money: the Trésor does the work of askng for it (and telling the bank that you have authorised them to do so). I have never done anything beyond the online transaction with the Trésor and the money has been paid.
