La Banque Postale Ts&Cs

On the online banking site they have a PDF of their proposed new T&C from 1 Jan sadly it won't open,I've checked with a friend and hers is the same.Does anyone on the forum have an overview of what they are, or a link to where they might be on the net?

I have just spent half a day updating the OS on a Mac computer that I haven't used for a while. I must have "agreed" their T & C (all 37 pages) about 5 times in that process. Is it really likely that the Banque Postale's T&C are so significantly more or less oppressive than anyone else's that it's worth the effort of actually reading them?

It would help if you posted the url that you are trying to open, that way others could try it and let you know if it can be opened
