2015 Official Exchange Rate

Does anyone know the official rate for 2015 that the French tax authorities use between the £ and the €?
I reckon it's 1.3773 Euros to the Pound but I haven't seen the official rate published yet.

The Connexion have today published their 2016 Tax Guide and on page 10 they quote a rate of £1= 1.3221€. The Bank of England have quoted £1= 1.3782€ for 2015.
Has anyone got any other figures?

The Banque de France Website quotes an average for 2015 as 1.3776
