I have just rec'd my Taxe d'habitation bill for 2021, as a non resident 2nd home owner. I have noticed that the Contribution a l'audiovisuel public for 2021 is listed as 0.00 ? I have always paid this as part of my Taxe d'habitation bill. Has the way of payment changed ? or should I contact the tax office ?

I am a full time resident here exempt from Taxe d'Habitation but paid 130 euros l'audiovisuel tax. I am now wondering if I made a mistake paying before checking in case of error on their part!
