Bank near St Cyprien with English

Sorry if this has been asked before, but can anyone recommend a bank (with online banking facilities) near St Cyprien/Elne or even Perpignan where they have an English Speaking contact? Want to open a new bank account. What paperwork do I need before I go in?

Hi again! Did a bit of research on the net and came across the Credit Agricole english speaking branch in Perpignan

Does anyone know anything about it? Is it suitable for everyday current account banking?
