Restaurant suggestion please

Can anyone reccommend a restaurant which is open on Wednesday in the Argeles/Laroque/Collioure area? All our usual haunts seem to be closed on Wednesdays out of season.

L'Ancienne Ecole in Palau del Vidre is difficult to beat. Excellent food, attentive service and nice surroundings. Check website for opening hours.

I'm pretty sure I've been to The Flowers in Argelès village on a Wednesday evening (was intending to go to La Gamate, but it was ... closed!).

Have you tried La Bartavelle in Argeles. Excellent little restaurant with very high quality cuisine and service.

Thank you all very much. We ended up going to the Jardin de Collioure (just by the musee) on another recommendation. It was excellent.
