From the horses mouth I can tell you Coopers is closed. I can recommend British Corner Shop for general goods and Epicerie Barenton for wonderful bacon, sausages, pork pies, gammons and the like. Both companies deliver and you can mitigate the delivery cost by joint buying with friends.
Disclaimer: I'm on no back handers here. I know both companies and they're both excellent at what they do. The owners of Barenton are also called Cooper but we are not related.

I may disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.

I agree with Malcolm about British Corner Shop, I have found them to be very good.
In the past Amazon.co.uk were a lot cheaper if you were prepared to buy in bulk. They seem to have cut back dramatically but still have some good offers.
A French friend married to an Aussie told us about somewhere in Empuriabrava but I haven't managed to find it.
I've not been all that happy with Epicerie Barenton, I have bought a variety of products from them and haven't been impressed - a stuffed turkey crown was bordering on revolting. Meat is however a personal thing and others like Malcolm may be very happy with them.
I buy a lot of meat from http://www.donaldrussell.com/. They are expensive but their quality is excellent.

The Asia Centre (now Produit du Monde) in Mas Guerido sells a large number of packaged British foods.
It's also worth mentioning that the annual British Christmas Market will be taking place on 24 November in Saint Jean Pla des Corts. There are several stands selling British produce including Mister Saussice with proper hand-made bangers and bacon as well as all the usual hard-to-find favourite brands being sold by Cancer Support France.
