ROCA Toilet seats

Do you know where I can buy a ROCA toilet seat, please!!?? The fittings are brilliant and stop the seat from sliding about. Your help would be appreciated.

Do they come with a spring? If so I need one. My husband never puts the toilet seat down.

Some people are so hung up on toilets that they have to live in one!
