Were to buy soya flour?

Post by russell »

Can anyone help?

Pat is following a low carb diet and is missing baked products so we would like to buy some soya flour as an alternative to wheat flour.

Does anyone know of a source in the PO? We have tried several "Bio" shops with no luck.

Check with the Asian stores. Asia Center in Mas Guerido and another choice will be the Asia Market in Argeles.

soya flour

Have you tried Carrefour Bio shelves rather than the flour shelf. Also I am sure I have seen it in the past in the Bio shop at the rear of Gifi, Argeles.

No go with the Asian stores but I found some at Biocoop at Mas Guerido. Picked up some swede and some parsnips while I was there. Roast parsnips with Sunday lunch :)
