"Jelly" Thuir: News for freelancers & entrepre

Post by lafranglaise »

« Jelly! » is a casual coworking event, for freelancers, home workers and people running small businesses to meet and work together. Jelly is a social mixture of work, chat, sharing ideas and advice, maybe even talking about the start of a new venture.

Jelly is not a business – it’s a free event organised voluntarily and can take place in any number of locations that offer free wifi and a warm welcome.

Jelly events take place all over the world. Jelly started in Languedoc earlier this year and a number of events have already happened throughout this region and elsewhere in France including Normandy, Dordogne and the Ariège - comments from participants are available on the Languedoc Jelly website http://www.languedocjelly.com/jelly-comments

The first event in the Pyrénées-Orientales will take place 17 November at la Crêperie Saveurs du Temps, Thuir.

So if you normally work from home why not take along your laptop, your notebook, (or whatever you are working on), and join a group of like-minded people for a few hours? Places for Jelly are free but need to be reserved in advance – visit http://languedocjelly.eventbrite.com for details and to book a place.
