Trêve hivernale (winter truce)
I saw this article in the last Anglophone newsletter - "The annual ‘trêve hivernale’ (winter truce), which prevents landlords evicting tenants during the cold winter months, starts from the Ist November and ends in March".
Can anyone confirm which type of rental the "trêve hivernale" applies to:
furnished, unfurnished, holiday, etc????
