I know somebody who is looking to buy something like that. Is this just for rental, or are you looking to sell?

Thanks. Will let him know anyway. It's a friend of my son's who is trying to buy a 2 bedroomed flat in the Céret area with a very limited budget. Think he will probably end up renting, but can't fault him for trying.
