Hi, you could try lebon coin. Youbcan rent for 3 years and just give your 3 month notice before your year is up. As for either perpignan or prades that covers a big area so would depend on your budget, for example a 3 bedroomed house near me in alenya ( 20km aprox from perpignan) has just been rented out for 850 euros a month ,
