Small 2 bed 'semi detached' fully furnished townhouse comprising sejour and ground floor shower room/wc to ground floor and two bedrooms first floor, garden with outbuilding and barbecue area, off street parking. Not suitable for elderly or young family due to staircase style, non-smokers only. Ideally seeking long term let but would consider options. Photos available on personal contact, available from approx. 1st July

It is a house as the initial posting states, it is also to let as the posting states. No seducing required, just agreement on terms of let following exhaustion of enquiries/viewing.
