Winter Let Available from November 2015 until May 2016
We have a lovely house to rent in Montesquieu des Alberes in a quiet location with large garden and views of the Alberes.
The house has 4 bedrooms, large lounge/dining room, fire place, separate kitchen and conservatory perfect on those cooler windy days.
It is close to the bus stop which goes to Le Boulou and Perpignan (1 euro!) although a car is recommended.
The heating is radiators which run by fuel - but the house gets the sun all day which helps warm it up too. The fire is a wood burner.
650 euros per month plus bills
