Small house or appartment

A French friend of mine is looking to move out of Perpignan. She is looking for a small house, preferably with a small garden etc. If anybody knows of something, please let me know. Mathew 0621833670. I'm posting this here on her behalf as she doesn't speak English. Thanks.

Hello Matthew, how small is small, and what areas does she like? I know of a lovely 3-bed villa (120m2) in St Genis-des-Fontaines, walking distance from shops etc, great views - and it is a private sale. Happy to send her more info if that is the sort of thing she is looking for?

Hi
we have one in Vernet les Bains. A very 'liveable' apartment with 2/3 bedrooms and 1/2 reception rooms depending on how you configure it.
The Key feature is the fantastic views yet without being really out in the sticks.
The apartment is part of a Co-prop and in large peaceful grounds. This has the availabilty of personalisation and 'potager' in addition to a small private patio.
