MaPrimeRenov - RGE Required

I would like to use a MaPrimeRenov grant to have a thermodynamic water heater installed. I am told that if the installer is not RGE registered then my grant application will be refused. Anyone know of an RGE registered person or has anyone else had any success with these grants to move to more eco-friendly heating and insulation options?
