Dogs and oleanders
Hi, do most of you with dogs in the area find that they usually ignore oleander leaves that have fallen, we have loads of these plants and want to make sure my dog doesn't eat the fallen leaves and flowers. Obviously will sweep them regularly but just wondered how you all coped with them and your animals. Many thanks

We have two dogs and lots of the oleanders. Never had any problem with the pooches but you tend to find the procession catepillars from time to time and they can cause some serious problems for dogs or people.
The Fire Salamander is another dangerous item but so far my dogs never bothered with them. Sometimes the salamanders trot along the road with our pooches at night. Funny how animals know most of what they should keep away.
