Fire and interruption of service sfr

Post by Wolfpeltz »

At the beginning of July 2015, there was a big fire along the coastal railway line between Collioure and Elne. All SFR services to Laroque and surrounding area were cut for several days. As part of their contract, all subscribers are entitled to a refund for the period of loss as it was in excess of the minimum period. Has anyone actually received a refund? SFR are ignoring all communications on the subject using their website enquiry form.

As my sfr subscription is only around 30 euros a month, I would only be entitled to a 2/3day refund (2/3 euros approximately) . It's not worth chasing it up.

But it's the principle of the thing (apparently).
