Smart car Pulse service

It's a bit of a long shot, but I know someone in dept 46/Lot with a RHD Smart Pulse which needs some attention. They've had no success at Mercedes garages. Any ideas?

It's one of those tiny 2 seater Smart cars - the ones that look as if you need to have a leg amputation to get into. Dunno why it's called Pulse, as it isn't apparently pulsing much at the moment. Should be called Clinically Brain Dead, by all accounts :lol:
