Via Dolorosa?
Twice recently we've been travelling on the D914 and just missed getting involved in a major accident. Both times it was the same story. A car driven by a male senior citizen had somehow managed to get on the wrong side of the dual carriageway and ended up in a fatal collision. There was a third incident but this time nobody was killed in the ensuing carnage. Both the accidents we so narrowly missed happened after lunch on a weekday.
We wonder if the timing is just a coincidence.

I am sure its not coincidence Merisin. Many times I have driven on the 618, Argeles to Le Boulou road at around 2 pm only to find myself following drivers that are weaving from one side to the other and one minute speeding and the next crawling. Either they have had a very liquid lunch or are on their mobile phones!
