Writing as a former taxman, and considering the number of people I know or know of who have defrauded two fiscs at once for a matter of decades, I can only wonder why it has taken them so long, if indeed they are going to do something effective.
Maybe they'll use the same method as for tracking RSA fraud. The one the CGT don't like!
