Strike/Fuel blockades

Post by Sue »

The blockade of the refineries is beginning to bite here now as well as further north.

Check the PO link submitted by l'Independant as to who has and doesn't have fuel.

The Intermarché station at Millas had a tanker delivering this morning. Carrefour, Ille-sur-Tet busy but no restrictions.

Are Spanish service stations unaffected? No queues of French cars? No shortages from panic buying?

Re fuel thread on forum....

We've been over in Spain most of the day, and down as far as L'Escala. No queues at pumps, even in La Jonquera, and no profiteering by Spanish garages. Paid 94c for diesel in S Pere Pescador. The French have much to learn.........
