Strange display malfunction
Hello friends. A friend of mine has recently built an i5 7th Generation system and have bought a used LED 2k Samsung 28".
OS: Windows 10 64 Bit
He's suffering from a strange display malfunction. All the browsers, windows or dialog boxes have background color as white before "e" alphabet.
He has tested the monitor on different systems, his monitor is ok.
Yet he don't know what is possibly causing this issue. I was sure I don't know it and so I thought of posting it here.
I'd appreciate any help in this regard.

Re: You can do this
Yeah I checked it was Monitor's fault. Had to change it. HDMI cable is new and I tested it first on my 4k tv, worked fine. I was smelling the issue from my monitor when I wrote this post and Bingo!mariad wrote:hey, i would suggest you ask your friend to get check the connections with some other Monitor. Or I would also suggest to check the HDMI cable since it might be the issue. I had the similar model of Samsung and it was due to the HDMI cable.
