Travel Insurance

Post by Fleur »

Hi

Can anyone recommend a travel insurance comapny who will cover travel from England to France that covers more than 45 days at a time (Yearly cover). We need perhaps 60 days for the over 70's! that is not too expensive.

Thank you

On the recommendation of this month's Which? report, where travel insurance has just been reviewed, we've renewed ours with Karma insurance [www.karmainsurance.com]. For the 70-74 age group, Which? recommends:
www.insurefortravel.co.uk
www.65+travelinsurance.com
www.electravelinsurance.co.uk
www.intunegroup.co.uk
All the above cost between £69-£71 pp for an annual policy. I'm not sure if they're all 60 days, but Karma is. Karma or Intune are apparently best if there are pre-exisitng medical conditions.
