Help! Dogsitter needed

I came to Visa pour l'Image and someone at the Palais des congres suggested me to contact you regarding my concern saying you would be likely able to put me in a right direction.
I am traveling with my dog, Yogi, a small Havanese, but the building I am staying at has a policy not to allow a even a small pet like him.
Last night my host reluctantly let him stay but I feel I shouldn't abuse her hospitality and try to minimize the impact by only bringing home when sleeping.
I was wondering if you know any shops or place where Yogi can stay while I go to conferences for festival.
I will be in and out every hour or so and it will never be like I would leave him at one place for more than two hours at a time but the Palais doesn't allow him to stay even with the receptionist who offered help and now that's when one of the staffs told me to contact you.
Do you think you can be in any help regarding this? The main event ends tomorrow so I basically need a place just for today and tomorrow.
Let me know if it is ever possible you know anyone who can help me with this.
