Can anyone recommend a quality picture framing service around Ceret/Perpignan please?
Obviously, English speaking would be an advantage.

Creapolis In the Passage Doisneau off the Quai Vauban in Perpignan did an excellent job for us. They speak a little English and we seemed to muddle through OK
