Wanted apartment to rent or exchange for house/pet sitting

Hello

I'm a quiet, clean, respectful person, non-smoker no vices, no loud music, no tv... life's too short, looking for accommodation in the PO for very modest rental, probably for a few years.

I would ideally like something near to a bus route and very quiet. If it has outdoor space (even if this is only a balcony) so much the better. Ditto good natural light and views/access to green space/nature.

I would also be open to caring for animals for someone who travels regularly in exchange for living in an annex. I love aniimals, don't currently have any pets of my own but am experienced in caring for several species and could provide a reference from someone I have been house-sitting/pet-sitting for.

If you have something that may be suitable, or know somebody who has, I would be very please to hear from you.
