dog needs a lift from haute vienne to perpignan

Hi, well this is a long shot but here goes.
There is an english lady in the haute vienne who is in a bad situation and needs to go back to the uk. She cannot take her dogs with her and is trying to find homes for 2 bichon frisee and 2 toy poodles. I might have a home for one of them but need to find a way to get it down here. If anyone can offer any help please let me know, thank you
