We are looking for a restaurant open on new year eve with a bit of music fun etc. Somewhere in or around Perpignan or Vallespir. We cannot find many. Do you have any recommendations please.

I think I saw an ad for Auberge des Albères, St Génis des Fontaines for NYE dinner. 78€ pp I think. You'll find them in pages jaunes I expect

The restaurant is listed on the PO Life.

FACEBOOK THOUGHTS: Remember that old phrase: if you're not paying for it, you're not the customer; you're the product being sold.

The Casino in Amelie les Bains has a St Sylvestre menu at 59 euro and the promise of 'animation'.

I think it's something of a tradition for them to host a special New Year's Eve event.

Can't comment on the likely quality of the food though, as the last time I ate there was probably about 3 years ago.

I think it's pretty common for most restaurants to have a New Year's Eve dinner. Expect to pay a fait amount of money though.
