I have put my serious head on today and started on the 2047K.
Quite a bit has changed for me in the past tax year, the one that is giving me grey hair is where to put uk rental property ?
probably very simple but not enough for me

Always do ours online. Always worry if I've done it right. Always forget about it after a couple of weeks, cos worrying till September , or whenever, is a bit tiring. Always procrastinate, but far from being the thief of time, this procrastination enables me to do slightly less tedious tasks, that I've been procrastinating. Always have a little list! It's a sort of rolling programme of prioritising. It all stems from a lifetime of meeting deadlines - just

Sue it should tell you before you sign if you have tax to pay or not or if you are entitled to the prime d'emploi( although i don't know if retired people are entitled to this). You should have got an email to confirm that you have done your declaration and you can go on your espace personnelle to double check it. You can still make amendments to your declarations if you have done anything wrong.

My friend has told me that if you have a top up insurance paid by your company( even partiel) then you have declare the money the employer pays as this is now taxable income. I knew nothing about it but have double checked and it is true, this seems to have been kept very quiet . Does mr holland think that people will not notice they are declaring more than they actually earned?
