Bank Trip to Girona

As in their wisdom La Banque Postal have in effect frozen my eight euro credit and made it impossible for me to transfer money into my account,I need to get to Girona to my Spanish bank to withdraw the money to buy a car.I'm based near Argeles and am house trained and will also contribute to fuel.(but then I suppose that would be obvious) :D
