English-speaking doctor in Port-Vendres.
Since the question comes up, I can report that Dr Tomas Morales has fluent English (perhaps better than his French, so far as I can judge: I think he is mother-tongue Catalan, but I guess also has Castillan, if that would help), I cannot report on his professional skills, since my needs are pretty routine (touch word, and so far). Dr Finlay he is not, let alone Dr Cameron, but he seems quite engaging if the shambolic consulting room doesn't put you off.
Strange that the younger doctors round here seem to be not "francais de souche": the other one I have used is Romanian, and just as untidy. I can imagine that other parts of provincial France have problems attracting doctors, but you might think that round here was quite OK.
His surgery is at the left-hand of rue du soleil (strictly rue Arago).
