For van hiring we used UCAR for our moving
definitely best rates and vans in good condition!

Very easy to find.
Coming from the centre of Perpignan direction Argeles/Auchan-Motorway it's right on the corner where the road branches. There's a huge sign which you see as you approach the traffic lights.
Take the Argeles road (left branch) and it's about 20 meters on your right after the traffic lights!

All the big boys hire vans in Perps (not at the airport though). Roger is right;the ones you seem to see whizzing around most often are owned by UCAR. Also our old friend ADA. She seems to pretty big in that dept.

there are three in Perp, going to go for the one you mentioned as it is easiest to find

It's actually nearer the corner than as shown on the plan - the first office + parking you come to on the right after the traffic lights. You have to be careful not to accelerate at the green light otherwise you'll pass it!!
