There's a shop just next to the Asian restaurant in Plage Nord. The restaurant is the Escale d'Asie and this is the small shopping area called Costa Blanco. The disco Pot Chic is there too.
I didn't see anything about ironing but they do the sheets, etc. for the rental properties. I think this will handle your needs. Their prices are listed, if I remember.
